The Complete Production Line for Paper Cup Forming

From raw material (PE coated paper) to paper cup forming machine

1. DB1-1100 high speed extrusion laminating machine
Process 1:
uncoated raw paper (roll paper) => laminated by the DB1-1100 high speed extrusion laminating machine => single PE coated paper or double PE coated paper

2. DB-1000 four color flexographic printing machine
Process 2:
Print the coated paper by DB-1000 four color flexographic printing machine. And the printed pattern is customizable.

3. ZDM-1 computerized micro-gap flat creasing and die cutting machine
Process 3:
Cut the printed roll paper into small pieces.

4. DB2-1100 high speed paper slitting machine
Process 4:
Split the big roll PE-coated paper into small roll paper.

 

5. DBZS -1 middle speed paper cup forming machine
Process 5:
Use a single piece of sector paper to make the cup body, and use the small pieces of paper to make the cup bottoms. Then the middle speed paper cup forming machine will make them into various types of paper cups.
