Mechanical Properties

DESPU-DY800 paper cup rim flattening machine possesses a working table, which well separated driving part and forming part, and placing driving part inside the chassis under the table. Automatic lubrication is applied in gaps. Parts on table top is designed around the index plate in accordance with the forming technique. PLC control, photoelectric tracking for the whole process are applied for the electronical parts. This machine is quite suitable for the rim flattening of paper cups with a diameter of 60-120mm. It allows an output of 80-120pcs every minute.
